A mid-sized product company near Itasca is hiring a Senior Accountant for their growing team. Reporting to the Controller, this person will co-own the close process, entries, recs and intercompany accounting issues. They will also prepare financial reports, reconcile balance sheet accounts, and be responsible for AP and AR.

The company is very stable, and this is a regular 40 hour work week type set up. We’ve known the Controller for some time and they are very nice and easy to work for. BCBS benefits and hybrid work schedule as well.
What gets the conversation started?
3+ years of solid general accounting experience
Bachelor's in Accounting
Needs a solid person who is reliable, dependable and conscientious
Strong communication skills
Nice to haves:
- Netsuite experience
- Examples of putting in checklists/processes
