Senior Accountant

Salary: $70,000 - $85,000

Key Responsibilities for the Senior Accountant:

• Manage accounting for 5-7 senior living properties using ALIS software
• Prepare journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and monthly financial reports
• Handle investor and third-party owner reporting
• Analyze financial results and identify trends and variances
• Assist with audits, internal controls, and process improvements

Qualifications for the Senior Accountant:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
• 3+ years of accounting experience
• Sage Intacct experience preferred
• Property management accounting experience preferred
