Senior Accountant We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant with a strong foundation in public accounting to join our finance team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with deep knowledge of general ledger accounting, month-end close, financial reporting, account reconciliations, and internal controls. The Senior Accountant will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, supporting audits, and improving accounting processes. Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules Assist with preparation of financial statements in accordance with GAAP Support internal and external audit processes Analyze financial results and investigate variances Maintain and improve internal controls and accounting procedures Assist with technical accounting research and implementation of new accounting standards Support special projects, process improvements, and system enhancements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
3+ years of accounting experience, including public accounting experience
CPA or CPA track preferred
Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
Experience with month-end close, reconciliations, and audit support
Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
Public accounting experience with exposure to audit, assurance, or advisory work
