The company always makes an effort to promote their top players within the accounting and finance group. The Senior Accountant will report to the Assistant Controller and will prepare company financials, assist in mentoring staff accountants and assist in maintaining and developing controls, policies and procedures.This is a hybrid position and pays 95K-100K+Bonus.Essential Responsibilities:Responsible for the full month end close processPrepare financial statements and perform variance analysisAssist in development of internal controls and accounting policies and proceduresParticipate in all aspects of general accounting reporting and analysisPartner up with different departments within the company to achieve company objectivesAssist with Ad-Hoc ProjectsQualifications:Bachelor's Degree in AccountingMinimum 5-7 years of Accounting experienceProficiency with ERP systems ideally OracleCPA or CPA candidate not required but would be a plusSkills:Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentBenefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
