Responsibilities:
- Lead month-end close activities
- Prepare journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations
- Analyze financial results and variances
- Perform intercompany accounting and reconciliations
- Assist with financial reporting and special projects
- Support multiple entities and operational locations
- Partner with accounting leadership on process improvements
- Review Staff Accountant work
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 4+ years of accounting experience
- Strong month-end close experience
- Deep understanding of financial accounting principles
- Experience with journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statement analysis
- Intercompany accounting experience preferred
- ASC 606/revenue recognition experience is a plus
- Healthcare experience is a plus
