Senior AccountantRobert Half is partnering with a fast-growing engineering and construction design services company to identify a Senior Accountant to join their team. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented accounting professional with strong general ledger experience who is comfortable working in a fluid, fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and reconcile the general ledgerPrepare and post journal entries and monthly account reconciliationsSupport month-end and year-end close processesAssist with financial statement preparation and internal reportingPartner with operational and project teams to support project-based accounting activitiesLeverage advanced Excel skills for reconciliations, reporting, and analysisAssist with audits and ad hoc accounting projects as neededQualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field5+ years of accounting experienceStrong general ledger and close experienceAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, complex formulas)Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environmentExperience in engineering, professional services, or project-based environments is a plusWhy ApplyJoin a fast-growing engineering and construction design services firmCompetitive compensation up to $110K (DOE)High-impact role with room for professional growthCollaborative, in-office work environment
