Senior Accountant Consultant – Leading Property Management Company (South Bay, CA)
Duration : Through February 15, 2026 (potential to extend or convert to permanent)
Base Pay Range
$40.87/hr - $43.27/hr
What You’ll Do
- Oversee day‑to‑day accounting functions for multiple properties
- Perform full‑cycle accounting, including general ledger, journal entries, and month‑end close
- Manage financial reporting, reconciliations, and variance analysis
- Partner with internal teams to support audits, budgeting, and forecasting
- Streamline accounting processes and uphold compliance with GAAP standards
What We’re Looking For
- Advanced proficiency in Yardi Voyager (must be fully versed, not just exposure)
- 3‑5+ years of accounting experience within property management or real estate (industry type flexible)
- Strong understanding of accrual accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Detail‑oriented, reliable, and adaptable within a consulting environment
- Standard holidays off (Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, and two days for Thanksgiving — billed as full day’s)
- Potential to convert to permanent employment, though not guaranteed
