This role will oversee one legal entity and manage the full accounting function in a small, growing environment. This is a full-time, fully in-office position with a negotiable start time and strong long-term growth potential.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn full-cycle general ledger accounting, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparationManage accounts payable and accounts receivable processesOversee payroll for approximately 13 employees (warehouse staff and an admin who processes payroll)Lead month-end and year-end close, ensuring accuracy and timelinessMaintain internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting standardsPrepare financial reports for leadership and meet/exceed reporting deadlinesIdentify and implement process improvements to support scalabilityAssist with building and expanding the accounting team as the branch growsQualificationsAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferredStrong full-cycle GL accounting experience requiredHands-on experience with AP, AR, and payroll oversightProven ability to independently manage month-end and year-end closeNetSuite experience requiredAbility to work autonomously and manage all accounting functions independentlyStrong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlinesComfortable working in a small, fully in-office environmentBenefitsMedical, dental, and vision coverage401(k) with company matchOpportunity for growth and advancement as the company expands
