Position Overview
The Staff Accountant will support daily accounting operations within a manufacturing environment, with responsibilities focused on general ledger maintenance, inventory and cost accounting, month-end close, and financial reporting. This role partners closely with operations and leadership to ensure accurate financial data and support overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities (Senior Accountant):
- Assist with monthly general ledger close and preparation of journal entries
- Perform account reconciliations, including inventory, COGS, and balance sheet accounts
- Support inventory tracking and costing processes for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods
- Prepare monthly financial statements and management reporting support
Qualifications (Senior Accountant):
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- 2+ years of accounting experience preferred
- Manufacturing and/or inventory accounting experience is a plus
