Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review journal entries and account reconciliations
- Investigate and resolve accounting issues
- Support OneStream reporting to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Maintain integrity of all financial transactions in compliance with US GAAP and company standards
- Oversee revenue recognition in accordance with US GAAP, working closely with sales, legal, and operations
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reporting activities
- Participate in internal/external audits and remediate control findings
- Document standard operating procedures and accounting processes
- Identify and implement best practices to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness in close and reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline accounting operations
- Participate in special projects and initiatives assigned by the Accounting Manager
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive public accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Experience ensuring SOX compliance
- Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems (JDE, SL9, or similar) and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
