A global, multi-entity organization is seeking a Senior Accountant to support corporate accounting, consolidated financial reporting, and close activities. This role will contribute to ongoing improvements across financial reporting processes, internal controls, and consolidation systems while partnering with teams across accounting, FP&A, tax, and treasury.

Key Responsibilities

• Support monthly and quarterly close processes, including consolidated financial reporting across multiple legal entities.
• Prepare consolidation journal entries, intercompany eliminations, and related reconciliations.
• Analyze financial statements and accounting records to ensure accuracy and compliance with U.S. GAAP and internal reporting standards.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to strengthen reporting processes, improve controls, and resolve consolidation issues.
• Assist with the evaluation and implementation of new accounting guidance and reporting requirements.
• Contribute to acquisitions, divestitures, business reorganizations, and post-transaction integration activities.
• Support enhancements to financial systems, reporting tools, and consolidation processes.
• Prepare financial information and reporting deliverables for internal leadership, auditors, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of accounting experience, including hands-on experience with consolidations.
• Understanding of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, and general accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and advanced lookup and formula functions.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with large volumes of financial data.

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA certification or progress toward obtaining a CPA.
• Public accounting experience or experience supporting a publicly traded organization.
• Experience within a multinational organization with multiple legal entities.
• Familiarity with enterprise consolidation and reporting platforms such as Oracle EPM, FCCS, BPC, or similar systems.
• Exposure to cash flow reporting, technical accounting, internal controls, or financial reporting improvements.
• Experience with data analytics or automation tools such as Alteryx or Tableau.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across departments and contribute to cross-functional projects.
