Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to support month-end close, financial reporting, account reconciliations, audits, and regulatory reporting. This position is ideal for an accounting professional with public-company or multinational experience who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and execute the monthly and quarterly close process.
• Prepare journal entries and maintain general ledger accuracy.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with SEC reporting, including 10-K and 10-Q schedules and footnote support.
• Support external and foreign statutory audits and respond to auditor requests.
• Perform variance and financial analysis to identify trends and explain fluctuations.
• Support SOX compliance, documentation, and internal controls.
• Partner with other departments on accounting and financial reporting matters.
• Assist with process improvements and special accounting projects.
• Use Excel to analyze financial data and improve reporting efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Public-company and/or multinational accounting experience preferred.
• SEC reporting experience preferred.
• CPA preferred.
• NetSuite experience preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and XLOOKUP.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
