Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the accounting department and GL
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets & income statements
- Perform account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records
- Conduct regular financial analysis and provide recommendations for improvement
- Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
- Coordinate and oversee external audits
- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures xhqgsiq
- Provide guidance and support to accounting staff
Requirements:
-Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
-Public accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices, GAAP
- Proficiency in using accounting software ERP
