Salary: $85,000 - $105,000

Key Responsibilities for the Senior Accountant:

• Lead the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
• Manage payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with applicable federal and state regulations.
• Prepare and analyze account reconciliations, investigate variances, and maintain general ledger integrity.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities.
• Support audits, compliance requirements, and continuous improvement of accounting procedures and internal controls.

Qualifications for the Senior Accountant:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with direct responsibility for month-end close activities.
• Experience processing payroll and strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting best practices.
