What You'll Do As The Senior Accountant

Core Accounting Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting operations and general ledger activities
• Perform month-end close processes, reconciliations, and accruals
• Prepare and review financial reports
• Ensure accuracy and compliance across accounting records
• Support audit and tax preparation processes

Investment & Deal Support

• Assist with onboarding new investments
• Support investment structuring, documentation, and tracking
• Coordinate investment-related distributions and capital contributions
• Process wires and manage cash movement activities
• Assist with insurance administration and organizational documentation
• Support special projects related to the firm's growing investment portfolio

Required Qualifications for The Senior Accountant

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred
• 2+ years of accounting experience in public accounting (audit or tax) or in financial services
