These values aren't just words, they shape how we work, how we serve, and how we grow together.Join CSI Group and become part of a culture where your impact matters, your growth is supported, and your purpose is shared.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare, review, and post journal entriesMaintain and reconcile general ledger accounts and supporting schedulesAssist with month-end and year-end close processes to ensure timely, accurate financial statementsManage fixed assets, depreciation schedules, prepaid expenses and monthly accrualsAnalyze financial statements and variances, preparing reports for reviewAssist with annual budget and forecastingAssist in developing and documenting accounting policies and procedures for consistency and compliancePartner with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and improve data accuracyCoordinate with external auditors and tax preparers as neededProvide mentorship and support to junior accounting staffCommunicate effectively with internal and external partiesQualificationsBachelor's degree in AccountingMinimum of 3 years of progressive corporate accounting experience, preferably in a multi-entity or service-based environmentStrong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standardsProficiency in QuickBooks (Desktop and Online) and Microsoft ExcelExperience with workflow streamlining and process improvement initiativesDetail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skillsDemonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentAdaptable as the company continues converting from Desktop to Online and builds workflows for streamlining process and procedures
