Base pay range

$125,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

Overview

We’re partnering with a fast-growing, family-owned food and beverage company to find a Senior Accountant who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and make a meaningful impact across multiple operating businesses. This is a high-visibility, hands-on role supporting finance and operations across a dynamic portfolio.

What You’ll Do

• Own quarterly financial reporting and liaise with external accountants
• Oversee royalty tracking, contract compliance, and internal analytics
• Support centralized finance across multiple entities (U.S. and Canada)
• Work cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, and IT
• Contribute to a major ERP transformation
• Serve as a key resource to leadership—bringing insights, accuracy, and integrity

What We’re Looking For

• Strategic thinker with strong analytical chops
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn the business beyond the numbers
• Comfortable in a lean, entrepreneurial environment
• Solid accounting foundation (CPA a plus, but not required)
• Industry background is open—just bring the right mindset
