As a Human Capital Management (HCM) company, we help government contractors navigate complex employment and regulatory requirements.Responsibilities• Manage the full accounting cycle, including month-end and year-end close • Prepare financial statements in accordance with GAAP • Perform account reconciliations and financial analysis • Identify accounting issues and recommend solutions • Improve accounting workflows and operational efficiency • Assist with budgeting, audits, and special projects • Review and mentor junior accounting staff • Support leadership with financial reporting and analysisQualifications• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance • 5+ years of accounting experience • Strong GAAP knowledge • QuickBooks Online experience • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsPreferred Qualifications• Public accounting experience • CPA or CPA candidateC2 Essentials is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
