Senior Accountant

Salary: $85,000 - $100,000 + Bonus Eligibility
Location: Arvada, CO – Fully Onsite

What You’ll Do as a Senior Accountant:

• Prepare journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close
• Assist with financial statement preparation and reporting
• Coordinate audit schedules and support external audits
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting
• Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes and improve workflows
• Serve as a key accounting resource and take on expanded responsibilities as the team grows

What We’re Looking for in a Senior Accountant:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong month-end close, journal entry, reconciliation, and financial reporting experience
• Experience in a high-volume, transaction-driven environment
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Interest in continued growth and future leadership opportunities
