In this role, you will apply your strong foundation in U.S. GAAP, technical accounting, financial reporting, and accounting research while working directly with executive leadership teams inside large organizations on initiatives such as:IPO readiness and public company preparation (including SEC reporting exposure)M&A transactions, purchase accounting, and post-deal integrationCarve-outs and spin-offsTechnical GAAP accounting analysis and implementationFinancial statement preparation and complex reporting mattersAccounting policy development and documentationStrategic finance and accounting transformation projectsYou will leverage your Big 4 audit or advisory background to provide hands-on accounting advisory services, working inside client environments rather than performing traditional recurring audit procedures.
