Key responsibilities: Process claims, payments, adjustments, refunds, and denials while maintaining accurate account documentation Analyze financial data to identify and resolve reimbursement issues and trends Serve as a liaison with insurance companies and third-party payors to facilitate communication and resolution of account inquiries Required qualifications: High School Diploma or GED Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience in account reimbursement or a related field Knowledge of revenue cycle processes and coding systems (ICD-10-CM/PCS) Intermediate data entry skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency Ability to conduct research and analysis to resolve complex billing issues
