Key responsibilities Service clients by providing bonds, responding to inquiries, and maintaining documentation of communications and issue resolutions Support the implementation of new bonds, ensuring accuracy and completeness while collecting necessary documentation Research industry trends and governmental regulations, and process new and renewal billings accurately Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience Three to seven years of client services experience Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint) Understanding of industry trends and governmental regulations Ability to travel by automobile and aircraft as needed
