Senior Account Manager - South Korea

Managing and growing a portfolio of strategic clients connected to the South Korean market, the full-time Senior Account Manager - South Korea will serve as a trusted advisor to both Korean companies expanding internationally and multinational organizations, delivering exceptional client experiences and driving commercial growth remotely. Key responsibilities: Manage and expand client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and service delivery Develop account plans aligned with clients' business objectives and identify growth opportunities Collaborate with internal teams to provide effective solutions related to entity management, payroll, accounting, and compliance Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree preferred Minimum of 5+ years of experience in account management or client services within payroll, accounting, or tax Strong understanding of South Korean employment, payroll, and compliance requirements Professional qualifications such as KICPA, AICPA, or equivalent certifications are strongly preferred Effective communication skills in both English and Korean (written and verbal)
