Senior Account ManagerMDG is hiring! We are searching for a Senior Account Manager to join our account team. Our ideal candidate will own all aspects of campaigns, including internal and client-facing kickoff meetings at the start of an initiative to completion of delivery. The Senior Account manager will support senior account team members in executing creative work, building effective client relationships, and managing the critical components that drive growth and success for clients. MDG follows a hybrid work model of Monday/Friday remote and Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in our Boca Raton office. Our scheduled work hours are 9a-6p.
What you'll do:Guides and manages all day-to-day activities for assigned clients in development of advertising campaigns and projects within the approved plansManage creative, digital, social and media projects from inception to completion ensuring on-time deliveryTimeline development and management of all client deliverablesDevelop client meeting agendas, post meeting contact reports and any follow-up deliver actions neededManage internal communications to provide direction and/or updates across departments including creative, social media, and media for campaigns or individual projectsPlans, manages, and executes ongoing project development and timing to ensure that progressive stages are approved with adequate time to meet schedules and deadlinesRespond to client phone calls and be aware of all client activities to provide back-up to account leadWork with the account director to compile, update and issue status reports, daily hot sheet items and tracking of campaign results and performanceMaintain all client information in an organized manner as needed for accurate proofreading and meeting of client standardsAct as liaison with other agency departments and vendorsDevelop briefs and prepare presentation decksPrepare post meeting client contact reportManage blog and content development and social media updatesManage client budgets and billingActively build relationships with clientsKeep apprised of client's products/services/marketing developmentsGather and assemble background information, research, and analyses as needed for development of creative briefs and monthly presentationsPerforms other related duties as assigned by managementRequirements Qualifications and skills:Bachelor's Degree in Advertising, Marketing or related field required5+ years' ad agency experience managing and executing multi-channel digital projectsSome experience in digital, social, traditional, media is requiredUnderstanding of general advertising principles and account service client management protocolManages multiple tasks and tight deadlines with confidence and easeTactful and diplomatic communication skills; internal, external, formal and informal written, and verbalAbility to communicate complex information in easy-to-understand termsSkilled in presenting to high level clientsAble to actively build and maintain good working relationships with clients and colleaguesMust be willing to go above and beyond to ensure client's issues and requests are sufficiently resolvedOrganized and pays attention to every detailProactive problem solvingHospitality, healthcare, and retail experience a plusYou must have a valid driver's license and have your own reliable transportation to attend client meetings and eventsBenefits We offer competitive healthcare, dental, and vision plans along with several voluntary benefit extras.
