Chrysolite Investment Management Corporation (Chrysolite IMC) is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Account Executive (SAE) Executive Business Development & Strategic Growth professional to join our growing Private Wealth Management (PWM) and Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Investing divisions.

The Senior Account Executive role is designed for an accomplished business development professional who excels at creating relationships, identifying opportunities, conducting executive-level conversations, and developing strategic partnerships that contribute to long-term company growth.

The ideal candidate is a relationship builder who understands consultative selling, enterprise client engagement, and the importance of delivering customized solutions to business owners, investors, professionals, and high-net-worth individuals.

Position Summary

The Senior Account Executive (SAE) is responsible for driving strategic business development initiatives, managing qualified sales opportunities, expanding client relationships, and supporting revenue growth objectives.

This position focuses on developing executive-level relationships, generating new business opportunities, managing strategic accounts, and representing Chrysolite IMC's Private Wealth Management and Commercial Real Estate investment solutions.

The SAE will work closely with Executive Leadership, Senior Asset Managers, Business Development teams, and Client Relationship Managers to identify opportunities and deliver exceptional client experiences.

Primary Responsibilities

Executive Business Development

Develop and execute strategic business development plans to expand market presence.
Identify and engage qualified prospects, business owners, investors, and strategic partners.
Build relationships with executive decision-makers and key stakeholders.
Conduct discovery meetings to understand client objectives, challenges, and opportunities.
Present Chrysolite IMC's investment management and business solutions.
Develop strategic account plans and growth strategies.
Create opportunities through networking, referrals, partnerships, and market outreach.

Strategic Growth Responsibilities

Expand regional and targeted market opportunities.
Develop relationships with professional networks and referral partners.
Support client acquisition and revenue growth initiatives.
Identify emerging business opportunities within Private Wealth Management and Commercial Real Estate.
Collaborate with leadership on strategic expansion initiatives.
Maintain awareness of market trends and competitive opportunities.

Account Management Responsibilities

Manage assigned prospect and client relationships.
Maintain consistent communication with key accounts.
Coordinate client meetings, presentations, and follow-up activities.
Maintain accurate account records within the Company's CRM system.
Track opportunities, milestones, decision-makers, and next steps.
Support client retention and long-term relationship development.

Business Development Activities

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Finance, Marketing, Real Estate, Management, or related field.
Minimum 3+ years of experience in:

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to develop trusted relationships with executives and business owners.
