Job Title: Senior Account Executive - Medical Communications
Location: Remote

About Us:
We are partnering with a medical communications agency that connect pharmaceutical innovation with healthcare professionals and patients. The team is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Account Executive to join their growing team. In this role, you will manage client relationships and internal communications, keeping internal and external teams informed and engaged.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage communications with clients, including effective and concise agency recommendations.
• Evaluate deliverables, including slide decks, manuscripts, advisory board materials, and educational resources.
• Collaborate with internal medical, strategy, and creative teams to ensure scientific accuracy and strategic alignment.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and project scopes with precision and accountability.
• Assist with invoicing and budget development.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in a healthcare agency or medical communications firm.
• Proven experience with medical communications deliverables and client engagement.
• Strong project management and client communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex scientific data into clear, compelling content for diverse audiences.
• Digital experience is a must.
• Experience in hematology or oncology is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, communications, or a related field (advanced degree a plus).
