Role Description

We’re hiring a full-time Account Executive to join our startup. This is a remote role for candidates based in the United States or Canada.

You’ll manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and outbound calling to running product demos, following up and closing new clients. You’ll engage directly with personal injury attorneys and law firm teams, understand their needs, and show how Silent Witness can support their case-evaluation workflow.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys picking up the phone, building relationships and turning conversations into opportunities. You’ll keep your pipeline organized, maintain accurate CRM records, and share customer feedback with the team. We’re looking for someone proactive, persistent and comfortable taking ownership in an early-stage company.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts simply.
• Confidence making frequent outbound calls, prospecting and following up consistently.
• Ability to run engaging product demos, understand client needs and handle objections.
• Strong organization and follow-through, including managing opportunities in a CRM.
• Resilience, initiative and accountability in a fast-moving startup environment.
• B2B sales experience is preferred; SaaS, legal technology or experience selling to law firms is a plus.
• Interest in learning about accident reconstruction, injury analysis and personal injury workflows.
• Based in the United States or Canada.
