🚀 What You'll Do
- Own the full sales cycle — prospect, demo, negotiate, and close.
- Generate new business through cold calling, outbound outreach, and referrals.
- Deliver engaging Zoom demonstrations to dental practices and decision-makers.
- Build relationships with dental industry distribution partners.
- Attend select industry events and occasionally travel with partners.
- Manage your pipeline in Salesforce and consistently exceed sales targets.

Required Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of sales experience OR 2+ years working in a dental practice (hygienist, assistant, treatment coordinator, practice manager, etc.).
- Understanding of dental practice operations and team responsibilities.
- Located in the Western U.S. (excluding California).
Preferred: Dental sales or SaaS experience, bachelor's degree, familiarity with dental software, Zoom, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office.
