We're looking for an experienced staffing and recruiting salesperson who knows how to build business from scratch. We're a growing agency focused primarily on advanced technical and engineering talent, and we’ve built the company around experienced people, a low-bureaucracy environment, and the expectation that good salespeople should be given room to bring demand into the organization. This person will fully own the process: prospecting, pitching, opening accounts, developing relationships, and turning those relationships into real hiring demand and delivery. xhqgsiq We’re looking for someone who has already done this successfully in staffing, understands the persistence the job requires, and wants the autonomy and upside that come with helping grow a smaller, established boutique group rather than disappearing in a massive sales organization.
