Commercial Trucking Insurance Service Leader
Seeking an experienced commercial trucking insurance professional to lead service operations and manage complex motor carrier accounts. This role builds scalable workflows, drives Applied Epic consistency, and serves as the primary contact for large trucking clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead service operations for trucking and motor carrier accounts
- Manage renewals, submissions, coverage reviews, and client strategy
- Review policies, endorsements, certificates, and schedules for accuracy
- Provide technical guidance on commercial auto, cargo, GL, WC, PD, and umbrella
- Build workflows, service standards, and quality controls
- Mentor and develop service staff as the department grows
- Collaborate with carriers, wholesalers, finance partners, and claims teams
Qualifications
- 7+ years commercial insurance service/account management
- Required: direct experience with commercial trucking accounts
- Active P&C license (or ability to obtain)
- Strong technical coverage knowledge and complex account handling
- Experience mentoring or leading service professionals
- Preferred: advanced Applied Epic proficiency
