Black Diamond Recruiting is conducting a confidential search for a well-established healthcare technology company.
We're looking for a true hunter who knows how to create pipeline, open new doors and win new business.
💰 $85K Base | $175K OTE
🌎 Remote – U.S. but also (Utah candidates encouraged to apply)
What you'll do
- Build and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities
- Prospect through cold calling, email and targeted campaigns
- Develop relationships with healthcare billing service organizations
- Identify opportunities to introduce SaaS solutions to new partners
- Help onboard new partners and their clients
- Build long-term relationships with partner organizations
- Identify opportunities for additional growth within accounts
- Work closely with internal implementation, marketing and support teams
What we're looking for
We're particularly interested in candidates with:
- 2-3+ years of B2B SaaS or healthcare technology sales experience
- A proven hunter mentality and track record of success
- Experience generating your own pipeline
- Strong outbound prospecting and cold-calling skills
- Experience selling a consultative or complex SaaS solution
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A competitive, self-directed and coachable approach
Healthcare experience is a major plus, particularly:
- EHR / EMR
- Practice Management
- Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
- Medical Billing
- Healthcare SaaS
- Selling to medical billing companies, medical practices or healthcare service partners
- Adjacent industries like Dental software or SaaS technologies that support medical practices
Who would be a great fit?
