Leading a multi-site, mission-critical data center portfolio, the full-time Senior Account Director will manage client relationships, operational excellence, and financial performance while ensuring exceptional service delivery in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities Serve as the senior executive leader for the data center portfolio, developing trusted relationships with client executives and aligning service delivery strategies with business objectives Provide strategic oversight of critical facility operations, ensuring adherence to uptime, reliability, and business continuity requirements Maintain accountability for financial performance, including revenue growth, budgeting, and contract compliance while managing vendor relationships and performance Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree required; degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred Minimum 12-15 years of leadership experience in facilities management or data center operations Experience managing complex P&Ls and large service contracts for multi-site client portfolios Proven ability to lead geographically dispersed teams of 150+ employees Strong knowledge of Integrated Facility Management services and critical systems supporting data centers
