We place unskilled, semi-skilled and skilled temporary construction and industrial labor with commercial clients across our markets. We're growing, and we're looking for a driven Branch Manager who wants uncapped earning potential, real autonomy, and a team that has their back.

What You'll Do

• Build relationships with contractors and commercial clients, and grow business through B2B sales, networking, referrals, and outreach
• Run daily branch operations — dispatch, scheduling, and client coordination
• Recruit, train, and lead branch staff and day laborers
• Own your branch's P&L and hit revenue targets
• Keep safety, compliance, and quality at the center of everything

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of management experience in staffing, construction, or service industries
• A track record of sales success and client relationship-building
• Comfort managing a diverse, blue-collar workforce
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Someone energized by fast-paced, hands-on work — early mornings (starting around 6 AM) and occasional flexibility for on-call needs
