What You’ll Be Doing

• Assist with initial contact to applicants following specific interview aid
• Training new hires following training manually
• Updating unit status
• Finding new vendors and helping coordinate repairs across the region
• Adjusting rates
• Handling customer escalations not related to employee complaints
• Responding to negative google reviewsWalk the property every day
• Look for trash damage lights out leaks or anything thats off
• Fix small things like locks lights doors toilets and simple paint or patch repairs
• Keep the place clean Hallways driveways units bathrooms and trash runs
• Turn over units after move outs
• Sweep clean and get them ready for the next renter
• Check gates lights and alarms to make sure theyre working
• Help customers when theyre on site and need a hand
• Take care of the place so it looks right and runs smooth
