The 12-hour shifts (7am-7pm or 7pm-7am) and self-scheduling with rotating weekends and holidays support patient care across the emergency department, coordinating with the health care team using nursing process. The ideal candidate will have graduated from an accredited nursing program, Iowa RN license, and current BLS; ED experience preferred, and several certifications within six months of hire.
