Upon completion of pulling products to fulfill orders, the Order Selector is responsible for loading delivery trucks according to route. The Order Selector must be able to maintain an expected work pace and meet minimum productivity guidelines.QualificationsRequired Qualifications:Must be able to work in a refrigerated environment (35-55 degrees)Must be able to stand, walk, reach and lift repeatedly up to 50lbs throughout shiftMust be able to work scheduled, assigned times and required overtime for the positionMust be able to meet productivity goal of 825 cases per shift by 30 daysPreferred Qualifications:3 years direct order pulling experience preferably in the produce industryWarehouse distribution and produce knowledge2 years of recent Electric Riding Pallet Jack experienceVo-Collect (Voice Picking) Headset experience
