Candidate Qualifications:

• MD or DO
• Completion of an accredited U.S. Internal Medicine Residency and Nephrology Fellowship
• BE/BC in Nephrology
• Excellent clinical and communication skills
• Strong interest in practice ownership
• Enjoys collaborative, team-based practice
