Job Summary
SP Testing is seeking an experienced and results-driven General Manager (GM) to oversee daily business operations, lead cross-functional teams, drive organizational growth, and ensure the successful execution of company objectives. The General Manager will be responsible for managing operational performance, developing strategic initiatives, optimizing processes, and fostering a high-performing work environment.

Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
- Oversee day-to-day company operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and service quality.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of management or leadership experience.
- Proven experience overseeing business operations and managing teams.
- Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency with business software, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
