About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sedona ERP Project-Based Consultant to support a 90‑day operational and technical engagement. The role involves diagnosing system challenges, refining processes, and ensuring efficient ERP operations.
What You’ll Do
- Triage and troubleshoot Sedona ERP issues across service, inventory, job costing, billing, and GL modules.
- Identify root causes, propose and implement actionable solutions.
- Act as liaison between internal teams and external Sedona/SI/third‑party consultants.
- Improve workflows and recommend configuration changes to enhance efficiency.
- Support data integrity checks, cleanup effort, and reporting needs.
- Train and guide internal users on best practices.
- Document workflows, fixes, and recommendations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with SedonaOffice/Sedona ERP (required).
- Strong understanding of operational processes in service, installation, or security system integrator environments (preferred).
- Ability to translate technical issues into clear operational impacts.
- Experience managing third‑party consultants and validating work quality.
- Hands‑on troubleshooting mindset; works independently and with urgency.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Availability for a 90‑day contract with potential extension.
