Responsibilities

• Oversee MSC contract requirements, training, and development compliance.
• Forecast, implement, and audit the training program, including site‑specific and in‑service sessions.
• Develop and deliver training for guard force and specialty positions, ensuring timely delivery of materials via presentations.
• Facilitate ongoing MSC/Site Specific training for all personnel.
• Prepare pertinent information for shift briefings and communicate regularly with the account manager.
• Monitor, update, and review all MSC/client‑specific processes performed by the security operations center.
• Manage overall personnel, including scheduling, counseling, disciplinary actions, and payroll concerns.
• Objectively review, approve, and rescind disciplinary actions on a case‑by‑case basis.
• Ensure client SEC‑OPS team needs are heard, met, and communicated back to the client.
• Oversee operational team development and performance.
• Maintain office appearance, organization, and equipment usage.
• Assist with TrackTik and ERP/SOP safety plan management.
• Minimize NBOT at client accounts and track % metrics.
• Conduct regular site inspections for compliance with uniform, equipment, and SOP standards.
• Coordinate employee separations, counseling, turnover ratio monitoring, and payroll issues.
• Manage shift scheduling, briefing, and client training reviews.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Current California Guard Card.
• Experience as a passionate, professional trainer and speaker.
• Comfortable addressing large audiences.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and data‑capturing tools.
• Experience forecasting and implementing training programs.
• Professional demeanor when interacting with clients, employees, and guests.
• Strong communication skills for timely information transfer.
