Security TPM: Build a Privacy-First Platform

Cape is hiring its first Security Technical Program Manager to build this function from the ground up. You will integrate with Security Engineering across detection, corporate, and product security, guiding priorities and tradeoffs in a fast-growing, privacy-first environment.

You will serve as the technical liaison between security engineers and Cape’s ~70 product engineers, shaping roadmaps, backlog, and policy that affect the entire engineering org.
