Duties
You will coordinate with the staff and subordinate unit Security Managers to ensure a comprehensive Personnel Security Posture is maintained for personnel under SSO responsibility.
You will be responsible for planning, managing, implementing, evaluating, and adapting physical and administrative aspects of a specific security program for all COMSUBRON 3 accredited spaces.
You will ensure all required security inspections are coordinated and conducted as required, and that any noted deficiencies are tracked and addressed.
You will ensure that incoming personnel are cleared for eligible for the position they will be assuming and that outgoing personnel are appropriately debriefed or transferred in status to their gaining command.
You will be responsible for administering personnel security awareness programs and continuous security evaluation of staff and all subordinate commands.
You will Identify security requirements for SCI facilities within staff and all subordinate commands for a special security program.
You will evaluate effectiveness of security practices, recommends control measurements and assures adherence to policy.
