Security Operations Administrator

Supporting the deployment and operational effectiveness of cybersecurity platforms, the full-time remote Security Operations Administrator will manage day-to-day administration, maintenance, and monitoring of security tools while collaborating with IT and Engineering teams. Key responsibilities Administer and maintain cybersecurity platforms, including Zscaler and SentinelOne Support daily security operations activities, including alert review, triage, and escalation Coordinate with vendors and partners to ensure operational readiness and knowledge transfer post-implementation Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in IT operations, security operations, or systems administration Practical experience with security or infrastructure platforms in a small to mid-sized environment Working knowledge of identity, endpoint, and asset management concepts Experience with tools such as Okta, SentinelOne, and Zscaler Strong documentation skills for creating operational procedures and tracking documents
