Unarmed Security Officer

We are seeking dependable and professional Unarmed Security Officers to join our growing team. Candidates must have reliable transportation and be available to work evenings, overnights, and weekends as needed. Assignments may be located throughout Washington, D.C., Maryland, parts of Baltimore, and Virginia. The ideal candidate is motivated, attentive, and dedicated to maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, staff, and visitors. Applicants must have at least three years of security experience.

Responsibilities include patrolling and monitoring assigned premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or disturbances, providing a visible security presence to deter illegal or inappropriate actions, performing access control duties, responding to alarms, emergencies, and incidents in a calm and professional manner, documenting daily activities, observations, and incidents in clear, accurate reports, maintaining open, professional communication with clients and supervisors, conducting regular post checks to ensure compliance with company standards, and submitting accurate timesheets to support timely payroll processing.

Qualifications include a minimum of three years of security experience, reliable personal transportation and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, ability to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods, excellent observation, reporting, and communication skills, a high level of professionalism, integrity, and dependability, and flexibility to work evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
