As a Security Officer Visitor Reception in Indianapolis, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional at a commercial real estate location, you will welcome visitors, manage access, maintain awareness of security-related activity, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, and clients at a commercial real estate front desk by carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies.
• Monitor access to the location, greet and screen visitors, verify credentials, issue visitor passes, and maintain accurate visitor logs in accordance with established procedures.
• Receive and direct phone calls, deliveries, and inquiries while maintaining a professional, welcoming front-desk presence.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site-specific emergency response procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Observe front-desk and lobby activity, report suspicious activity or maintenance concerns, and help to deter unauthorized access to the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
