Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $19.17 / Hour Job Schedule: Day Time Mon 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Thur 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Fri 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Sat 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Sun 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and authorized vendors at an aerospace and defense location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned buildings, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations, reporting unusual conditions and security-related concerns.
• Monitor access to restricted areas, verify credentials in accordance with site procedures, and assist with visitor and contractor entry requirements.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting protocols.
• Complete required activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation while communicating relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
• An active DoD Secret clearance is required.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
