As an Unarmed Security Officer, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. You will support a professional environment through routine patrols, access-related responsibilities, and timely reporting. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $25.12 / Hour Job Schedule: Day Time Sat 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM Sun 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, access points, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to designated areas, verify credentials as directed, and maintain awareness of visitor and contractor activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and communicate observations, incidents, and maintenance concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• An active Department of Defense Secret Clearance is required.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
