Marksman Security LLC is now hiring for unarmed security officers at Toyota Motor Manufacturing, Texas, Inc. - 1 Lone Star Pass, San Antonio, TX 78264.

Security Officer $17.50 per hour

1st Shift - 40 Hours Per Week

Monday & Friday: 5:00am - 1:00pm

Saturday & Sunday: 5:00am - 5:00pm

Wednesday - Friday: OFF

$50 Sign-On Bonus – Active Guard Card & Licensed? Officers who join with an active Guard Card on file will receive a $50 Sign-On Bonus, paid out upon successful completion of 90 days of employment.

• Gatehouse — Access control; greet and ID residents/guests, log vehicles, announce visitors

Responsibilities:

• Acknowledge and greet all residents and guests in a prompt and courteous manner
• Manage all guest/visitor access as needed and eject trespasser or violators from premises when deemed necessary
• Verify credentials of incoming and outgoing individuals/vehicles
• Document and maintain a log of visitors and notify residents of visitor's arrival
• Assist in protecting others and equipment while enforcing policies and procedures
• Monitor and or detect any suspicious behavior to assist in the prevention of vandalism, theft and or other criminal behavior
• Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms
• Patrol the perimeter (interior/exterior) to identify potential safety and security risks
• Warn violators of infractions e.g., loitering, smoking and or in possession of prohibited items
• Respond to calls of distress, alarms and or emergencies such as fire, injuries or presence of unauthorized individuals by contacting local first responders
• Identify and report any and all concerns (safety, security breaches, unusual circumstances) in a timely manner
• Ensures accuracy and timely submission of required documentation (reports/documents)
• Ensure all rules/regulations are being enforced and followed
• Other duties to be determined by management

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years of age or older
• High school degree or equivalent
• Valid state licensing required
• Professional demeanor and appearance
• Basic computer skills
• Must be able to multitask and prioritize assigned tasks
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Minimum of one year of customer service experience
• Minimum of one year of security experience
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug)
• This position will require occasional crawling, crouching, climbing of stairs, kneeling, running, sitting, standing, stooping and walking for extended periods of time
