• Responsible for the secure transfer of all funds with documentation to and from table games, slot machines, and other designated areas.
• Provides for the safety and physical well-being of guests and team members.
• Safeguard the assets of the Company, guests, and team members.
• Ensures the handling of crowds and complaints in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner.
• Promote and project a positive image of Fitzgerald Casino Hotel.
• All other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (SKILLS/EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION):
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stand and/or patrol areas for prolonged periods.
• Prior law enforcement or security experience is preferred.
• Ability to effectively interact with guests and team members professionally and courteously.
• Must be able to work as a team player.
• Must be able to comply with the Mississippi Gaming Commission requirements on age and licensure.
