Hiring immediately for Security Officers in Omaha, NE! Full time (weekdays/weeknights) and part time (weekend) opportunities available! Pay: $23.00/per hour Overview We are seeking dedicated Security Personnel for full-time or part-time positions to join our dynamic team. These roles are essential in maintaining a safe and secure environment across various facilities. The ideal candidates will demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility, excellent observational skills, and the ability to respond effectively to security concerns.

Duties

Monitor premises using surveillance equipment such as CCTV systems to identify potential security threats Work is done remotely- via monitoring systems fixed in place or through team surveillance activities Respond promptly and professionally to incidents, emergencies, or disturbances Enforce facility policies and procedures to maintain order and safety Assist with loss prevention strategies by observing suspicious activities and intervening when necessary Maintain detailed incident reports and documentation of security activities

Skills

Must be able to pass an extensive background check Must be available to start immediately Reliable and professional Proficiency with surveillance tools such as CCTV systems Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure Knowledge of loss prevention techniques and security best practices Ability to handle sensitive situations discreetly and professionally Excellent observational skills with attention to detail Must be very comfortable using computers and able to learn to use multiple software programs quickly Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time Advance Services, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
